We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead our team of Installation Technicians. Our Operations Team is responsible for getting things done quickly, efficiently, and exceeding our client’s expectations every day.
Lead Installation Technician – Interior Horticulture & Special Events (Urgently Hiring)

Simply put, our Operations Team is responsible for getting things done quickly, efficiently, and exceeding our client’s expectations every day. Our Lead Installer should operate with a high sense of urgency, maintain a meticulous eye on the details, and be comfortable working independently and leading a team.
Account Manager (Now Hiring)
The Account Manager is responsible for helping to uphold the company’s mission of creating positive and memorable experiences for both our clients and their fellow associates. The responsibilities include maintainingg a thorough knowledge of Plantscaping and Blooms multiple divisions and offerings. The Account Manager supports the Sales Manager and Senior Account and Project Manager. This role helps to prepare and distribute paperwork, sales orders, purchase orders, and design boards to both clients and for internal use.
Plant Care Specialist – Interior Horticulture (Accepting Applications)
In this role you will visit commercial accounts and care for the living plants. Continuous education and biweekly training are employed to give you all the tools you need to succeed. Customer service and problem solving abilities are paramount in this position in order to achieve desired results. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about plants if you demonstrate the desire, drive, and integrity to represent us!
Assistant Creative Director – Weddings & Special Events (Accepting Applications)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Creative Director to join our dynamic special event team. As an Assistant Creative Director, you will support the Creative Director in all aspects of special event planning and implementation from the initial consultation through the event date. The Assistant Creative Director engages with clients, event planners, and venue personnel to ideate and implement decor and floral arrangements for corporate events and weddings. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to join Cleveland’s premier Special Event & Wedding Florist and learn under our Team with 35+ years of industry experience!
WEEKEND EVENT SET-UP & TAKE-DOWN (Accepting Applications)
This individual will help set up and install weekend events such as weddings, corporate parties, and various other special occasion celebrations. This role also requires late night take-down of these special events. INSTALLER – INTERIOR HORTICULTURE & EVENT DECOR (Not Actively Recruiting)
Plantscaping and Blooms is hiring a full time Installation Technician to drive a company vehicle based on a pre-determined schedule, and install indoor plants at our clients’ facilities, including commercial office spaces, hotels, hospitals, and some residences. We are looking for a candidate to represent our company in a professional and friendly manner. You should possess excellent customer service skills, an unwavering work ethic and be able to work well in a diverse environment. In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have a clean driving record, be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds, have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some nights/evenings, weekends & holidays as needed, have the ability to interpret, understand and follow both written & oral instructions, and have excellent judgement and problem solving abilities.
HOLIDAY DECOR INSTALLER – Seasonal (Not Actively Recruiting)
Plantscaping installs holiday displays in Cleveland and we’re looking for several qualified candidates to add to our installation crew. This is a perfect opportunity for those in the lawn, landscape, pool, roofing, or construction business. As you are winding down for the season we are just starting! This is full time seasonal work that moves at a fast pace. This is rewarding but challenging work with significant opportunity for overtime.
