Renovating this large-scale atrium in Cleveland's second largest skyscaper
entailed salvaging only a small amount of the existing material and installing
500 new plants for color, texture, height and variety in the eight uniquely
shaped planter beds that span the length of space.
Warm and inviting, the beds employ color for impact with crotons and blooming
bromeliads grouped together near the walking areas.
A panoramic view of the lobby reveals plantings arranged in a dynamic design
with the purpose of creating simplistic elegance and unique style. Three
fountains, surrounded by the beds, are meant to symbolize the history of water
in gardens.
A colorful silk floral arrangement accents the stylish architecture of the
marble-and-granite building. In key locations, lush, colorful specimens
